When you order or enquire we collect: (a) the district, taluk, and revenue village you select, (b) the village name if you type one, (c) the survey numbers you message on WhatsApp, and (d) the page you were on when you submitted the form (for internal analytics). We do not collect bank or card details — payments are settled between you and the payment channel we direct you to.

2. Why We Collect It

This data is used to prepare your combined FMB sketch, confirm availability, quote pricing, deliver files, and improve which pages help you find the right service. It is stored as a simple lead log with a timestamp.

3. Government Data

The FMB sheets and village maps in every order are public data published by the Tamil Nadu Survey & Settlement department. We neither collect nor store government records beyond what is needed to prepare and deliver your own order, and we do not alter them.

4. What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your details to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share survey numbers with other customers, and WhatsApp chat history stays within the chat application you use.

5. Storage & Retention

Lead records (district, taluk, village, page, timestamp) are kept in our hosting provider's storage and used for order history and service statistics. You may ask us at any time to delete your lead record or the files connected to your order by messaging us on WhatsApp.

6. Cookies & Trackers

The site uses only a local-language preference saved in your browser and, optionally, the lead logger described above. There are no advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

All maps are prepared from official government records available in the public domain. These records are maintained by the revenue authorities, and where any difference exists between our joined map, the original government document, or physical ground conditions, the original government FMB and the taluk office remain the authority. Please verify before any construction, sale, or legal reliance.
